CANCELLATION /DEPOSIT POLICY
New guests will be required to leave a $50 deposit for color appointment with a booked haircut or blowout
****ALL GUESTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO LEAVE A $100 DEPOSIT FOR THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:
Full color, Foils, Balayage, Keratins (services requiring more than 2 hours) * Deposits are used towards services, however, in the event the appointment is cancelled LESS than 24hrs. prior, the deposit is non-refundable
**Existing guests cancelling/rescheduling more than 2 times will also be required to leave a deposit (amount will be based on services) in order to make future appointments
